Deposit is $1,000.00. This deposit is non-refundable. It secures the room for a specific date and is not transferable.
The Palladium Room seats 200 guests maximum; the Windsor Room seats 120 guests maximum. Both rooms have dance floors.
Service Charge and applicable taxes are added to all charges. Service charge covers servers, set up, break down, china, glass and silver.
We use all white linen and provide a mirror and hurricane oil candle for every table. Any other decoration is subject to approval.
We do not provide a wedding cake or entertainment, but can provide referrals for these and other services.
There is an additional charge of $50.00 to cut and serve a cake.
Two entrées choices may be selected for a served meal. Place cards must be provided to distinguish entrée.
Bar is open for four (4) continuous hours. Each additional hour is $2.00 per person. House brands served are McCormick liquor, Budweiser beer, Copperidge wines and Coca-Cola soft drinks.
Call liquors may be substituted for an additional $3.00 per person. Call brands are Absolut, Tanqueray, Jack Daniel’s, Bacardi, Dewars and Cuervo.
Beer may be changed for an additional charge of $150.00 per keg.
