This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Sole and exclusive jurisdiction for any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be in an appropriate state or federal court located in the State of Missouri, in the county of St. Louis.

Should any part of this Agreement be found to be illegal or otherwise unenforceable, STLVT and you shall continue to be bound under the remaining terms of this Agreement.
