THE ABOVE INCLUDE A TOSSED SALAD, HOT VEGETABLE, CHOICE OF RICE, POTATO OR PASTA, ROLLS AND BUTTER, DESSERT, COFFEE, TEA, AND WATER.

 

IN THE EVENT THAT A REQUEST IS MADE TO EXTEND THE BAR OR MUSIC, THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $3.00 PER PERSON PER HOUR.

 

 

  BANQUET POLICIES

IN EFFORT TO MAKE EACH BANQUET A REWARDING AND MEMORABLE EVENT, OUR STAFF HAS DEVELOPED CERTAIN POLICIES TO DETERMINE THAT YOUR ARRANGEMENTS GO SMOOTHLY.

 

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT

A $500.00 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.  A PAYMENT OF 30% OF THE BANQUETS PROJECTED COST IS DUE 3 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE BANQUET.   ANOTHER 30% IS DUE ONE-MONTH PRIOR TO THE BANQUET.  ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

MENU SELECTIONS

TO ENSURE THE AVAILABILTY OF CERTAIN ITEMS, MENUS SHOULD BE PROVIDED TO OUR CATERING STAFF NO LATER THAN TEN WORKING DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF THE BANQUET.

 

ATTENDANCE GURANTEE

A FINAL GUARANTEE IS TO BE GIVEN TO THE CATERING OFFICE NO LATER THAN SEVEN WORKING DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR FUNCTION.  GUARANTEES ARE NOT SUBJECT TO  REDUCTION.  WE WILL OVERSET, STAFF AND PREPARE FOOD FOR 5% OVER THE GUARANTEED ATTENDANCE.  SHOULD YOUR GUARANTEE FALL APPRECIABLY BELOW YOUR INITIAL  EXPECTED ATTENDANCE, THE CEDARS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REDUCE FUNCTION SPACE ACCORDINGLY.  IF THERE IS A DRASTIC REDUCTION IN ATTENDANCE, A SERVE CHARGE MAY BE ASSESSED.

 

BANQUET FOOD AND BEVERAGE PRICES

ALL FOOD AND BEVERAGE PRICES QUOTED ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.  ALL PRICES QUOTED ARE SUBJECT TO GRATUITY AND TAX.

 

                IN THE EVENT THAT A REQUEST IS MADE TO EXTEND THE HALL, THERE WILL

               BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $2.OO PER PERSON PER HOUR.  IN THE EVENT

               THAT A REQUEST IS MADE TO EXTEND THE BAR; THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL

               CHARGE OF $1.00 PER PERSON PER HOUR, FOR A TOTAL OF $3.00 PER PERSON

 

THE CEDARS IS EQUIPPED WITH A WELL LIGHTED, SECURED PARKING LOT WITH UNIFORM POLICEMEN GUARDING THE LOT FOR EVERY BANQUET.
